Anchor rope AKS
The cable anchor of the AKS type is designed for fixing capital and preparatory mining workings, as well as their interfaces as a second-level anchor together with first-level anchors or frame fasteners, as well as for foundation-free fastening of equipment to the soil of workings, installation of a monorail suspension road. Anchoring of the anchor in the hole is carried out by ampoule, injection or ampoule-injection methods.
The rope anchor can be made in various modifications:
AKS-1 is a standard rope anchor used as a second–level anchor in conjunction with first-level anchors or frame fasteners, it can also be used for foundation-free installation of equipment (belt, scraper conveyors, pumps, etc.)
AKS-2 is a rope anchor with an increased bearing capacity compared to AKS–1 threaded connection due to a reduced thread pitch up to 9 mm.
AKS-3 is a rope anchor with an increased bearing capacity of the threaded connection compared to AKS-2 due to the use of metric threads.
AKS-4 is a rope anchor with an air outlet tube designed for pumping the fixing compound into the hole.
AKS-5 is a rope anchor with a suspension coupling, designed for the installation of a monorail suspension road (MPD), as well as suspension of goods for various purposes.
