Scientific and practical forum within the framework of the Days of Science in Kuzbass
Within the framework of the "Days of Science in Kuzbass", OKS took part in the scientific and practical forum "Digital Transformation of the economy of Kuzbass", held on February 11, 2021.
At the event, Kuzbass universities, research centers and institutes, as well as industrial partners of the REC "Kuzbass", including our company, presented their advanced developments and scientific and technical projects.
We have presented our development strategy "DIGITAL INDUSTRIAL ECOSYSTEM ACS", calculated until 2025.
As part of this strategic project, we have set a goal to create a modern industrial ecosystem in Kuzbass, combining machine-building, metallurgical and chemical industrial enterprises, whose work is based on the principles and technologies of Industry 4.0. To make the transition from manual control and patchwork automation to a centralized, unified decision-making system in production management.
Within the framework of this project, we pursue several main goals, including:
Creation of a unified digital ecosystem of industrial enterprises belonging to the OKS group of companies, using the tools of Industry 4.0.
Transition to a qualitatively new level of technological development to strengthen positions in the industrial market, increase the competitiveness of products.
Improving the sustainability of the business model by organizing a high-quality analytical environment for situational modeling and forecasting of business processes.
Creation of a unified library of standardized business processes, as well as a unified IT landscape of enterprises belonging to an industrial group.
Implementation of federal and regional plans for the digitalization of the economy and industry of the Russian Federation.
Assistance in raising the industrial level and potential of the Kemerovo region to a qualitatively new level.
