Pilot testing and technology implementation

As part of the product introduction, our specialists conduct pilot tests of new products and technologies in real mining, geological and mining technical conditions of a particular enterprise, training of specialists of a mining enterprise, as well as consulting and methodological support when using products at the enterprise. New types of supports can improve the safety of mining operations, as well as reduce the economic costs of mining operations.

Scientific and innovative activities

Our engineers are constantly in search of the most optimal technical solutions for fixing mine workings. Our developments in the field of fastening of mine workings are protected by patents of the Russian Federation.

In its scientific and innovative activities, our company closely cooperates with the Kuzbass State Technical University named after T.F. Gorbachev, JSC "Scientific Center of VostNII for Industrial and Environmental Safety in the Mining Industry", Rostechnadzor, the Siberian Branch of the Academy of Mining Sciences, ANO "Central Research Institute of Corrosion and Certification".

All newly developed products go through the stages of research and development work at our plant using 3D modeling and field tests on special stands. In the future, the declared technical characteristics of the products are confirmed during certification tests in accredited laboratories of the country.
