OKS is a participant of the national project "Labor Productivity"

The company OKS has officially become a participant in the National project "Labor Productivity"!

On September 07, 2021, together with the First Deputy Minister of Labor and Employment of Kuzbass, Myasnikova M.V. and the project manager of the Regional Competence Center Ostanina A.A., we held a kick-off meeting on the labor productivity improvement program.

Alexander Sergeevich Soykin, CEO of the company, made an introductory speech to all employees of the enterprise and stressed the importance of this project, which will increase production efficiency and compete in the field of quality and efficiency with the leading enterprises of the industry.

As a pilot production flow for the creation of a sample site, a technological site for the manufacture of a screw anchor was selected. At the selected site, our company's employees, together with experts from the RCC (Regional Competence Center), will optimize the current production process:

• perform flow mapping;
• identify problem areas and find solutions to eliminate them;
• conduct timekeeping;
• implement improvements.

In the future, the results achieved at the reference site will be broadcast to other divisions of the plant.
