Awarding the best employees for the "Quality" project

Today, 08.07.2023, the results of the first stage of a large-scale project to improve product quality, which we launched in 2022, were summed up in the OKS Group.

To evaluate the results of the project, a number of criteria were defined, including a point system, a matrix of workers' competencies and suggestions for improving the work of the enterprise from each employee. According to the results of the evaluation, 6 finalists of the competition were determined, who today raffled off the main prizes from the company:

• 3 grants for free university tuition;
• certificate with a nominal value of 150 thousand rubles for the purchase of household appliances;
• a travel certificate with a nominal value of 300 thousand rubles;
• THE MAIN PRIZE is a new Kia Rio X-line car!
