An excursion within the framework of a regional educational project

Today, our company held a meeting with future colleagues from the neighboring region - the Altai Territory.

The tour of the OKS plant took place within the framework of a Regional educational project to improve existing and acquire new professional competencies in the design, technological and managerial fields related to production activities and improving production efficiency. Among the guests were design engineers, process engineers, foremen and heads of sites and design and technological departments of such enterprises as Altaytransmash-Service LLC, Altai-Tent LLC, Sibpribormash BPO JSC, etc.

The participants of the project were presented all the main stages of the production of products manufactured by the enterprise, told about important practical nuances in the work. The executive director of OKS LLC, Tabysh Veniamin Vyacheslavovich, answered the questions of the guests interested in the history of the enterprise, the volume of production, the ways of organizing the most complex technological processes of the industrial complex, as well as the social programs used, focused on the employee.
